If you decide to register with us as a pro-active job seeker, either on-line, via a job board or over the phone. One of our team of 40 plus consultants will handle your application personally according to the type of role you have applied for or are interested in. Also, depending on the region you live or would like to work , one of our regional office contacts may make contact with you.
Depending on the type of role you have applied for or the region you have applied to work , we may ask you into our office for a registration interview. This will enable us to fully understand your requirements and gauge your suitability for any of the jobs that we are working on. At the registration interview you will be asked for some supporting documentation so always take the following information to any meeting;
Copy of your up to date Cv
PRS Application Form ( this can also be completed at the interview or you can download from our Documents page on this site)
Photo ID , preferably your passport
Work Visa ( if you are not an EU citizen)
At least 2 recent work references that we can contact
When you meet us you will spend appx 30 to 60 mins with one or more of our consultants who have all be trained in structured interview techniques. You may also be asked to complete a web based technical assesment if you have particular skills where we may need to test your knowledge in certain areas.
Due to your location we may carry out a telephone interview to pre-register you. Once we have completed that we will ask you to send supporting information to us so that we can fully register you
If you are regsitering for temporary work we will also talk through our process for managing temporary workers from placement information to timesheet entry , payroll services and health & safety information.
