It's time for talent to shine

An article was produced in the Evening Standard on Tuesday 19th July titles it's time for talent to shine.
The reporter, Niki Chewsorth spoke communicated about aggressive headhunting tactics that would would return back to the City of London. The full article is as follows;

"The latest recruitment and employment confederation (REC)/ KPMG report on jobs also shows accelerating demand for skilled engineers, with the engineering/ construction sector reporting the strongest growth in demand of all sectors.
However not surprisingly, recruiters have highlighted engineering skills as being in short supply, making it harder for companies to fill these positions. Despite this skills shortage, 12.3 per cent of engineering graduate were out of work six month after leaving university, according to the Higher Education Statistics Agency.
The issue is not that are too few graduates, but too few with skills and experience - partly because a low intake of graduated in previous years has led to a shortage in the talent pipeline."
