Resourcer required to work within a specialist Recruitment Agency based in Saint Pauls Square, Birmingham. This will be a diverse role with basic duties including:
*Job Board Searching
*Mailshots
*Advertising
*Response management
*Profile writing
*First contact with candidate
*CV Standard checking
*ISO management
*Admin duties such as interview confirmations etc.
The ideal candidate will have come from a Recruitment background in either administration/sales support and looking to make the next step up or a Consultant that is no longer interested in the sales side of the industry.
It would be a distinct advantage if your background was in construction, building services or facilities management recruitment.
You must have the right attitude to work within a fast paced environment and be self motivated and prepared to go that extra mile.
Full training in the sector will be given and there is plenty of room for progression for the right candidate.
