Technical Facilities Manager
Up to £40,000 per annum plus package
Our client, an instantly recognisable, first class FM service provider, have enlisted us to find a technically qualified Total Facilities Manager, to manage a prestigious building in Oldbury. Reporting directly to an account manager, the FM will have line management responsibility for a number of staff, as well as indirect responsibility for sub-contractors.
The FM will have p&l responsibility, as well as ensuring all contractual KPI's and SLA's are met. Understanding the needs of the customer, you will deliver an excellent service, as well as ensuring value for money is achieved at all times.
It is essential that the successful candidate has a good knowledge and understanding of building services systems and plant, including BMS, UPS and generators. You will have formal engineering qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds or HNC). This is a Total FM role, so cleaning, catering, post room and security will fall under your remit.
In return our client is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus car allowance and pension.
