ACS Gas Engineer (commercial and domestic)
Nottingham - Lincoln
£26,000 per annum plus call out and overtime
Call out 1 in 6, (£100 retainer, minimum 4 hours)
We are currently looking for qualified domestic and commercial ACS gas engineer within the maintenance industry to work on a commercial contract, covering the Nottingham - Lincoln area. The ideal candidate will be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and also part of a team.
Main Duties:
1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance on all Industrial / commercial engineering services as required such as boilers and all associated plant.
2. Complete worksheets for works undertaken and obtain authorisation for the Clients representative.
3. Advise Client of minor additional works, compile estimates and submit through coordinators/Supervisors/Contract Managers
4. Carry out fault diagnosis, repair of and advise as required.
5. Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration.
Qualifications Skills Required:
Must have ACS Commercial and domestic qualifications
Experience in PPM's & reactive works within HVAC Building Services.
