Mobile ACS Gas & Air Conditioning Engineer
Warwick, Leicester, Coventry, Rugby, Leamington Spa,
£30 - £35,000 per annum plus call out and overtime
Call Out 1 in 6, £100 retainer plus minimum 4 hours
My client is a leading Facilities Maintenance provider and has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Engineer (Commercial Gas and Air Conditioning) to work on a mobile basis in the South East & Midlands area.
The ideal candidate will be Multi Skilled and Qualified in;
-COM Gas ACS qualified
-City & Guilds or NVQ Air Conditioning
-Previous experience in multi role building services and high level commercial contracts, PPM & reactive maintenance, repair and refurb
-Able to undertake project work as and when required
-Attitude is important to MUST be self starters, articulate, well presented with a drive and passion to succeed
-Must be willing to assist end client
-Must be willing to complete risk assessments and be fully versed with contract paperwork, ie. Job sheets and technical reporting
In return our client is offering a competitive salary (£30-£35,000 per annum), company vehicle, phone, £100 retainer for being on call, and minimum 4 hours overtime when called out.
