Mobile Gas Engineer with commercial ACS (Highlands)
Building Services Commissioning and Property Maintenance business recruiting for an experienced Mobile Gas Engineer to work on a mobile basis in the East Coast/Central Belt area. You will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Team providing a quality building maintenance service for the client.
Your main duties will encompass:
Work on own initiative and have ability to complete paperwork accurately and on time
Experience of the HVAC industry and building sector
Experience of working to HBAC specification (SFG 20)
Carry out reactive call and planned maintenance of M+E services to various clients premises throughout Scotland and North of England covering retail and industrial sites.
The position is customer facing therefore you will be liaising with customer & client and be representative of the company and expected to deliver a high level of customer service.
Ideally you will have:
Plumbing and pipe fitting experience
CORTI/CIGA N1 PCP 1A
TPCP 1
CEN 1
ICPN 1
Must have clean driving licence.
Salary is based on £28 - 29K
You will be provided a company vehicle.
Working hours: 8 - 4.30-pm with 1 hour lunch.
On call rota payment of £90 (if called out there is a minimum of 4 hours guaranteed)
Reporting to Contract Supervisor and Contract Manager.
