One of the Market-Leaders in Building Services maintenance are looking to recruit a dual-qualified Engineer to work on their West London contracts. Covering Planned and Reactive maintenance to these commerical sites, the guideline salary for the role is £30-32,000 and includes an expensed vehicle and opportunity for Overtime on a busy set of sites.
Candidates will be Apprenticeship-trained in either Electrical/AC, and will have qualifications in the other discipline. Desireable qualifications will be 17th Edition & F-Gas, and relevant working experience will include;
Electrical Fault-Finding, Motors, Transformers, BMS Operation, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Soft-Start Inverters, Pumps, Valves, AHUs & FCUs, Split and Pressurization Units, VAVs, Brazing, Pipework, Weighing Gas, 1st line Chillers, etc.
