My client is a leading Facilities Maintenance provider and has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Multi Skilled Engineer (HVAC) to work on a mobile basis in the North East area.
The ideal candidate will be Multi Skilled and Fully Qualified in all 3 disciplines:
-17th Edition Level Electrical Qualified
-2079 Grade A/C Qualification (FGas)
-COM Gas ACS qualified
-Distinct advantage to have Trend BMS experience
-Previous experience in multi role building services and high level commercial contracts, PPM & reactive maintenance, repair and refurb
-Attitude is important to MUST be self starters, articulate, well presented with a drive and passion to succeed
-Must be willing to assist end client in other requirements if needed, i.e. blocked toilet etc..
-Must be willing to complete risk assessments and be fully versed with contract paperwork, ie. Job sheets and technical reporting
Whats on offer:
Permanent full time position
£28k dependant on experience
Overtime and call out allowance
