Official jobless figures show that unemployment is continuing to rise and is now at the highest level for 17 years. The Office for National Statistics says the jobless total rose by 129,000 in the three months to September which now brings the total number of unemployed people in Britain up by 2.62 millon.
Youth unemployment is now at a record high with 1.02 million persons aged 16-24 being out of work.
PRS has linked with other organisations such as the HVCA employment agency alliance to fight the ever increasing increase in unemployment.
