Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

£36,000 per annum plus package

Mechanically biased maintenance engineer? Have a background in working in corporate and blue chip office environments? The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical building services maintenance engineering.  You will carry out pre planned and reactive maintenance on AHU’s, FCU’s, Generators, Pumps, Motors. Some knowledge of chiller systems is desirable. 

Ideally you will hold a formal qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ) in Mechanical Engineering, and have previous experience in commercial maintenance/facilities management.

On offer is a permanent position paying up to £36,000 per annum, working days Monday – Friday. 25 days annual leave, matched pension contributions up to 12%, and private healthcare.
