We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician based in the Liverpool area covering the maintenance of various estates around the region.
The role is a temporary position working on a government contract.
Circa 1-2 months (there may be permanent options)
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
£16.50 – £21/hr depending on pay method
Van supplied

Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbing maintenance
Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
The role will involve other aspects of building maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric upkeep and compliance etc.

Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th or 18th edition
Ideally former or current JIB
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
Willingness to complete fabric, plumbing and mechanical tasks
Possible security check required if permanent
