Sales Representative/Manager
Salary £55,000 per annum

The Sales Representative will be responsible for communicating the benefits of the AI-driven wellness platform in order to drive sales. This person will be the point of contact between AI-driven wellness platform and its prospects or customers and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing customers with information and assistance that relates to products and services. This person is results driven with excellent interpersonal skills. To top that, there is a need for outstanding technical and administrative skills to ensure that a deal is not only landed, but brought to a close and briefed into our teams to be executed.

You’ll be required to:
• Identify, qualify, and reach out to customer leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Present, promote and sell products/services using our pitch decks and other collateral to prospective and existing customers
• Be involved in activations and trials to help convert potential customers
• Manage the deal closing process, including approvals and contract signing
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Keep abreast of best practices and trends
• Continuously improve through feedback in a trackable ordered manner
• Activate customers and members

What we’re looking for
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Preferably a background in nutrition or wellness
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Well presented to support the company ethos of health, vitality and longevity
• Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Excellent knowledge of technologies, such as presentation tools, collaboration and project management software, Google Suite
• Can easily articulate various health and wellness concepts
• An individual passionate about food and health

How you’ll fit in
• You’ll work within a team of other client and customer facing staff, reporting directly to the CEO who is currently driving the Sales function
• You’ll report into the team and the leadership team on targets and progress
