£33k + Annual Bonus – Monday-Friday 8-5

We are currently seeking a proactive General Maintenance Assistant to be based at a large Data Centre in Essex directly with the Data Hosting Company. Working alongside a specialist Critical team, assisting with any building fabric maintenance and repairs and generally assisting the engineers. You would be based at a state-of-the-art technical Data Centre that offers an excellent modern and clean environment to work within. This is an opportunity not to be missed with easy travel access out of the heart of London.

As well as assisting the engineers you will also must be able to carried out painting (touching up scuff marks), carpentry, minor interior and exterior building fabric repairs, hanging up noticeboards, patchwork plaster repairs, repairing door locks, minor plumbing repairs, and some small works.

Salary £33,000
