You will need to be an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with all round HVAC maintenance experience that is proactive and methodical within your approach to your work. Previous experience of carrying out the planned and reactive maintenance to Close Control Air Conditioning Units (CRAC), Chillers, Split A/C, HVAC plant, cooling towers, water leak detection systems etc. Engineers will be required to required to carry out: Pressure Testing, de-gassing & charging of refrigerants etc.
Engineers will need to be at the “Top of the Game” Technically, and good hands on maintenance experience. You will need to have a minimum of City & Guilds Air Conditioning qualifications and current F-Gas accreditation. Ideally it would be advantageous to have previous Critical Environment experience but not essential. You should also be able to work well within a team or on your own with minimal supervision.
