PRS are currently looking to support our globally recognised client in their search for a Customer Service Advisor to work on their site in Bristol, BS32 4UE area. This client offers excellent career progression and great company culture.
This is a temporary to permanent role which requires working between the hours of 7am to 7pm, on a shift basis, 7 and half hours per day. The salary is £13.25 This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Ambassador to get their foot at the door and work with a great client.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Service and representing in the best way possible
- Data Entry needs to be accurate to meet SLA’s and avoid delays
- Scheduling making sure engineers are on site and reaching out to them so that they are meeting SLAs
- Dealing with inbox and incoming calls for projects.
