PRS are working with a key client who are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef with a strong work ethic based in Aberdeen – Permanent role paying £32,000 p.a. – working Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day between the hours of 6.30am – 6.30pm (no weekends). All candidates will be required to undergo security clearance via the client. 

Job Spec

Reporting to the Head Chef and deputising in Head Chefs absence. 

Experience of managing a kitchen brigade. 

Knowledge of rota planning

Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene
