The Company:

The Role:
· Identifying and developing existing and new client job opportunities
· Development of candidate database and generation of candidates via jobs boards, social media and word of mouth
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, feedback management, closing deals and post-placement follow ups.
- Actively networking with candidates and industry connections and market mapping.
- Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news.
Requirements:
- 6 months+ Sales, Recruitment Experience or Customer Service
- Natural rapport builder
- Good at creating and maintaining relationships
- Outgoing personality

Package:
- Competitive Basic Salary – £22,000 – £24,000 starting.
