We are recruiting for a multi skilled maintenance electrician based in the Merseyside area covering the maintenance of several estate contracts.
The role is a permanent position paying circa £36k
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
0.5 each way
Plenty of overtime (paid at x1.5 / x2.0)
On-call circa 1 in 6 £15/day standby
25 days holiday plus stat.
Van with personal use

Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
AC filters etc.
Basic Plumbing and mechanical maintenance
AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th/ 18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
Willingness to complete fabric, plumbing and mechanical tasks including AHU and fan coil works
