We are recruiting for an experience Facilities Coordinator based at Media City, Salford. This is a permanent role, paying £25kpa, Monday – Friday 40.00 hours per week. This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading FM companies.
Main tasks will include
· Sub-contractor management
· Ensure all contractors operate within appropriate H&S processes and client standards.
· Manage and update E-Logs books.
· Manage and update CAFM system
· Issue and closing of all PPM’s.
· Generate quotes for additional works.
· Assist in the organisation of client events on site to ensure the smooth execution.
· Provide holiday/absence cover for Reception, post room and front desk
· Responsible for QHSE and Permit/ATW issue.
· Report all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies in relevant books / documentation.
· Management of Cleaning Team and ensure all cleaning is to an agreed standard/frequency and that all front of house areas are always maintained to a high standard.
· Liaise with Landlord Facilities team
· Complete daily site inspections, report and manage findings.
· Conduct contractor & employee new hire Site Inductions.
· Provide input for Monthly reports and Contract Review.
· Raise Purchase Order requests.
· Assist in Financial reporting.
· Assist in management of small additional works.
· Order stationary.
· Deliver toolbox talks to the site team.
· Carry out site inductions as required.
· Maintain regular contact with the Client around activities at site.
· Take ownership and understand customer requirements and be able to demonstrate the ability to close out concerns, ensuring customer is kept appraised at all times.
Experience Required:
Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry.
Practical experience in working with supply partners to deliver a seamless, integrated service.
Customer services experience.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Desirable – Previous experience of a service industry role.
Desirable – Previous experience of CAFM systems.
Personal Qualities:
· Educated to GCSE or Key Skills level with passes in both Math’s and English.
· Highly computer literate – Formal training in the use of Excel, Word and presentation software package.
· Self-motivated and resourceful with good administrative skills & planning skills.
· Effective communication skills enabling the individual to work with clients, suppliers, and staff at all levels.
· Calm manner, able to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities.
· Results/task orientated, with attention to detail and accuracy.
