We are recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to work on a large-scale facility in the Irvine area completing maintenance to plumbing systems, leak repair, minor repairs and general mechanical building services compliance.
The role is a temporary ongoing position (circa 2 months) 8am-4pm, 40 hours per week. Plus on call schedule. Pay 16-18/hr depending on pay rate (on call £145 standby).

Completing the maintenance of:
Pipework, plastic waste pipework and associated fittings
Hot, cold water feeds
Radiator and room fittings
Toilets, shower systems
Cylinders, tanks, pumps and valves
Also completing compliance checks such as tamp temps and flushing
General mechanical plant upkeep

Requirements:
Qualified Plumber
Experience of maintenance works
Experience of commercial or large scale facilities
Good client facing skills
Experience of compliance, tap temps, TMV’s etc.
