Mobile Fabric Engineer
Birmingham – covering West and East Midlands
Up to £32,000 per annum

Are you interested in a role with paid travel time? Our client is a leading facilities maintenance provider, that have a requirement for a mobile maintenance fabric/handy person, to join the mobile team looking after a number of sites across the Midlands.

Your main duties will include (but not limited to)

Painting and decorating
Carpentry (locks, doors etc)
Basic plumbing (leaks, taps etc)
Basic electrical work (lamp changing, emergency light and fire alarm testing)
Working with other engineers to complete any other tasks as reasonably required.

Ideally, you’ll hold a formal trade qualification, have a driving licence with no more than 3 points on it, and be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.

On offer is a permanent position, working Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, paying up to £32,000 per annum basic salary, plus overtime.
