Job Title: Data Centre Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £42,000 to £46,000 per annum + 10% bonus

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a busy Data Centre based in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and testing of all electrical equipment and systems within the Data Centre, ensuring the continuous availability of critical infrastructure and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks on all critical electrical infrastructure equipment.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Fault finding and diagnostic work on a range of electrical equipment and systems.
• Conduct testing of electrical systems, including generators, UPS systems, switchgear and HVAC.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working in a critical environment such as a Data Centre, Hospital or similar facility.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2360, 17th/18th Edition).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of between £42,000 to £46,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a 10% bonus. Additionally, we offer ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career progression within the company.
