Mobile Fgas Engineer

Permanent Birmingham based mobile  maintenance position for an engineer with their City and Guilds 2079 (fgas) qualification, primarily covering buildings in and around Birmingham City Centre. We are looking for a client facing multiskilled engineer, to join a facilities management provider that look after a portfolio of busy sites in and around the centre of Birmingham. 

Main duties will be to carry out planned and reactive building services maintenance across building services plant including (but not limited to), split and multi split air conditioning systems, lighting, emergency lighting, AHU’s,  and general maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing. 

This role will suit either an air conditioning engineer that wants to work locally, or an engineer from another trade that has got their fgas qualification and wants to do air conditioning maintenance as well as building services work.

On offer is a permanent position, working Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with a van and fuel card, standby payment for call out, plenty of overtime available for those who want it.
