Facilities Account Manager

£50 – £55,000 per annum plus car allowance
PRS are pleased to be working alongside a fast growing facilities management provider to assist them in the recruitment of a Facilities Account Manager. This is a hybrid role, with a mixture of site visits, office and home working.
Our client is looking for an FM Account Manager that really knows how to look after and manage a client. You’ll have experience overseeing the delivery of TFM contracts in an office environment, and multi-site experience. Very health and safety and compliance driven, you’ll also have involvement in small projects within this role. You will work with internal resource and supply change partners to ensure that services are delivered to the required standard, represent value for money. You’ll be someone that has a background in managing both in house and outsourced operations, and the ability to think from the point of view of the end user and customer, as well as operationally. CAFM experience in terms of setting up and working is also key for this role.
On offer is a permanent position paying a salary of between £50 – £55,000 per annum, plus car allowance, 25 days annual leave plus stats.
