Location: Covering a handful of site around Central London
Salary: £42,000 – £47,000
Hours: 4 on 4 off, 7am to 7pm

We have currently got a fantastic Electrical Days Only Shift role working for a well established and technicially mind facilities maintenance company. This role will involve covering a handful of sites across Central London that requires days only shift cover, offering a fantastic salary of up to £47,000 and paid travel.
Duties:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast’s, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
- BMS Systems
- UPS Systems
Hours of work
- The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off Days Only
- 07:00 – 19:00
- Plenty of Overtime
- 20 Days Shift Holiday
Requirements
- City & Guilds – Level 2 & 3 Electrical or mechanical
- City & Guilds – 17th or 18th Edition
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- An understanding of critical plant: UPS system, Generators, Control panel, Power Distribution, Chillers, HVAC
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer skills
