We are recruiting for a mechanical maintenance / commercial plumber based in the Manchester or Warrington area covering the maintenance of several estate contracts across the M62 belt.

The role is a permanent position paying circa £36-37k
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
0.5 each way
Plenty of overtime (paid at x1.5 / x2.0)
On-call circa 1 in 6 £15/day standby
25 days holiday plus stat.
Van with personal use
Life insurance
Company sick pay

Mechanical Maintenance / Plumbing Engineer Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Mechanical plant room
Pumps, valves, boilers
AHU’s and fan coils
Basic Plumbing maintenance
Basic AC filters etc.
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks

Requirements:
A qualified Mechanical Engineer, Commercial plumber or HVAC Engineer
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
Willingness to complete fabric and general building compliance tasks
