Assistant Restaurant Manager
PRS are seeking to recruit for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a high profile and well-established Country House Hotel based in the Blackburn area. Permanent role paying £25k p.a. – minimum 2 years’ experience required.

Job Specification:
Overseeing the restaurant in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager.
Driving service standards.
Consistently meeting targets.
Liaising with front of house and back of house teams.
Ensuring stock and wastage is controlled and levels are maintained.
Reviewing guest feedback on all branded portals / social media.
Management of Restaurant booking system via all media platforms.
Carry out pre-shift briefs.
Training and coaching of all team members.
Adhere to all health and safety legislation.
