Contract Manager – Hard FM
Birmingham/West Midlands
£50,000 per annum plus car allowance and package

Are you someone that is extremely customer focused? Have a background in management of hard FM contracts in the commercial sector? Have experience managing your own budget/p&L?

One of our key clients have approached PRS to recruit a Contract Manager, to take ownership of some flagship sites in and around Birmingham. 

Being customer focused, you’ll ensure that strong relationships are maintained with key contacts, as well as providing leadership and support for your team of building services maintenance engineers, helpdesk and contract supports.  You’ll have experience of managing your own p&l,  and have an eye for both cost reduction and contract growth. Other duties will include approval for quotes for small works, sub-contractor management and energy management. You’ll be responsible for managing contract provision, ensuring delivery to the set KPI’s / SLA’s and achieve value for money and comply with statutory regulations and approved codes of practice.

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £50,000 per annum, plus package including car allowance, pension, healthcare, and bonus.
