Job Title: Mobile Plumber/HVAC Maintenance Engineer (Van Supplied)
Location: London & Home Counties
Salary £38’000-£40k 
Contract type – Permanent / full time- Immediate Start
 

London & M25 with the ideal candidate living inside the M25, although this is not essential. 
The company will provide;
Work vehicle with fuelcard
Full uniform 
Very client facing 
undertaking HVAC and commercial building maintenance and the successful engineer will be responsible for reactive and planned works (PPMs)

Minimum 2 years’ experience as an electrician

Able to demonstrate technical knowledge and competency with regard to electrical testing and inspection.
Hold recognised electrical apprenticeship with ideally a minimum of City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent and have a good understanding of mechanical engineering principals

 
Duties will include:
Routine Planned Preventative Maintenance – Mechanical 
Emergency Lighting test
Standby Power checks / Generator and UPS
Heating and Water Systems and all associated plant
First Line reactive maintenance to all Air conditioning Systems – AHU’s , FCU’s, VAV’s, VRV etc
