We are recruiting for a mechanical maintenance engineer to work across the West Yorkshire area on commercial facilities providing maintenance services to mechanical plant.
The role is a temporary ongoing position 18-22/hr depending on pay method.
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days. Plus overtime

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Mechanical plant room
Pumps, valves, boilers
AHU’s and fan coils
Commercial Plumbing maintenance
Basic filters etc.
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Leak repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks

Requirements:
A qualified Mechanical Engineer, Commercial plumber or HVAC Engineer
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Willingness to complete fabric and general building compliance tasks
Valid driving license
