We are recruiting for a multi skilled maintenance electrician based in the Blackburn or Bury areas covering the maintenance of several retail estates across the region.
The role is a permanent position paying circa £36500 (inc on call)
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
Overtime
On-call circa frequency TBC
Van, tools, phone etc. supplied
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th/ 18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
