The Company


PRS have been in business since 1999 and are a Specialist Recruitment Consultancy serving the built environment. We supply temporary and permanent labour to the facilities management and hospitality sector.


We currently have offices in London, Birmingham, Southampton, Manchester and Houston, Texas.


The Role


We are ideally looking for someone with relevant experience within the recruitment sector however this is not essential. This job would be well suited to someone that prides themselves on efficiency, organisation and the ability to follow process in minute detail. Accuracy is of paramount importance.


You will support both the Compliance and Accounts team and assist with the day-to-day management of the Accounts department.

The role will include monitoring the shared ‘Accounts’ inbox and requesting all purchase orders for invoices.

This is an intensive fast paced, very pressurised position as we are a small accounts team in a large busy organisation.

The ideal candidate will be positive and proactive, have great attention to detail and be hardworking with a can-do attitude. The role will include the following tasks.




Your responsibilities will be as follows.

·      Right to Work checks on all new candidates using either IDVT services or Home Office checks.

·      Updating of expired RTW documents.

·      Client and candidate placement contract checks.

·      Maintaining compliance spreadsheets.

·      Take control of all ad-hoc internal Salesforce compliance chatter.

·      Recording client specific compliance requirements.


Accounts Administrator

This part of the role is mainly concentrated around PO processing.

§ Obtaining purchase orders for both permanent and temporary labour and updating the system accordingly.

§ Resolve purchase invoice queries.

§ Expedite and follow up to ensure that purchase orders are supplied in a timely manner.

§ Uploading electronic invoices to Tradex, Coupa etc.

§ Assist the purchase order processing team leader in generating and distributing ad-hoc finance reports.

§ Attaching supporting documents to invoices.

§ Assisting with raising credit notes.

§ Portal reconciliations.

Alongside the above actions, you’ll also be working on ad hoc projects with the Finance Manager.


What Do You Need?

§ Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger position is an advantage but not essential.

§ Advanced excel is a necessity – Formula understanding, pivots and vlookups.

§ Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.

§ Able to work to very strict deadlines to produce work of a high standard.

§ A clear and concise communicator maintaining a polite and professional manner when dealing with clients.

§ Self-motivated attitude and able to work on own initiative.

§ Excellent attention to detail.

§ Assist compliance manager to keep up with current govt legislation, policies and procedures.

§ A working knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous but not essential.

Full on the job training and ongoing support will be provided.
