Resident Electrical Engineer 
Birmingham
Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join one of UK’s leading facilities management company, working as the resident engineer on site a prestigious building in Birmingham City Centre. This position is working Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to boost earnings with planned overtime. Also no call out requirement with this position.

Your main duties will include (but not limited to)

• Electrical fault-finding
• Single & three phase power
• PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• Emergency lighting
• Fire alarms
• BMS operation
• Air handling & fan coil units
• VAV/VRFs, motors, pumps.
• Management if specialist sub-contractors that attend site. 

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified electrician (either City and Guilds 236 Parts 1 and 2 or NVQ Level 3), with 17th/18th edition qualification. This role will suit someone that is very client facing that can build up a rapport with the building manager and the tenants on site.
