We are currently seeking an additional experienced building services maintenance technician to join an existing established team based at the London Headquarters for an international Banking Organisation. The role will encompass the day to day planned and reactive maintenance to all Electrical and HVAC systems within a modern corporate environment, ensuring the smooth operation of the buildings engineering systems.

The complex is predominantly made up of commercial office space but does include “Critical Areas” including trading floors and onsite data centres, therefore experience of working within these environments would be advantageous. Engineers will need to have full City & Guilds Electrical qualifications or equivalent and to have a proven track record of carrying out Building Services Maintenance within commercial office space.
