Maintenance Plumber
Location: Local to King’s Cross Station
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
We currently have a fantastic job opportunity for an maintenance plumber to work at a state of the art large commercial facility in the Euston/King’s Cross area. This role is working for a well-known, leading facilities maintenance companies.

Duties:
• Review and analyse building operations via routine checks, PPMs.
• Take on additional requests and project tasks
• Oversee system amendments
• Deputise for the Technical lead in their absence
• Assist with the monitoring of the sites resilience systems
Required for this role:
Minimum level 2 Plumbing certificate (ONC, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Proven experience working in the building services industry post apprenticeship
• Health & Safety IOSH qualification or similar
• Proven track record of problem solving
• Mechanical systems and fabric craft
• Reporting on engineering issues with resolve options
