We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician based in the Blackburn / Lancashire area covering the maintenance of a prestigious retail facility in the area.
The role is a temporary ongoing position with a view to be extended into long term (including a possible permanent placement)
£19/hr to 23/hr depending on pay method (PAYE – UMB)
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)
On site parking
On-call TBC
Overtime available
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbing maintenance
Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
The role will involve other aspects of building maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric upkeep and compliance etc.
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th/18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Willingness to complete fabric, plumbing and mechanical tasks
Good job logging experience
