We are recruiting for a working maintenance supervisor with an electrical background based in the Blackburn / Lancashire area leading the maintenance of a prestigious retail facility in the area.
The role is a temporary ongoing position with a view to be extended into long term (including a possible permanent placement)
£21/hr to 25/hr depending on pay method (PAYE – UMB)
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)
On site parking
On-call TBC
Overtime available
Electrical Supervisor Duties:
Providing supervision and lead engineering on:
PPM and reactive maintenance
Compliance checks
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
The role will involve other aspects of building maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric upkeep and compliance etc.
Recording checks, sub-contractor documentation, H&S assessments, RAMS, permits etc.
The role will also involve hands-on work
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th/18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Previous lead engineering or supervisory experience
Able to work with permits, RAMS, PPM schedules etc.
