Handyperson (Maintenance) – Southampton
PRS is seeking a handyperson for a static (single) site in Southampton, Monday to Friday role from 08:00 – 16:30 with the some overtime offered at times. Uniform and some tools are generally provided but you may be required to take or have some of your own hand tools with you on site. You must be able to work well in a team as well as on your own and be courteous and approachable to everyone based in site. A good run of work with a good company with an option to work on other sites. The site is based in the nursling area of Southampton and has good transport access if you don’t drive.
General duties include (not limited to)
- Repair assessments
- Repairing cracks and holes in wood and plaster
- General wood repairs
- On occasions very basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- Making good
- Reporting and updating work carried out
