We are recruiting for a Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to cover a prestigious facility in the Northumberland area providing general oversight to electrical & mechanical building services maintenance and compliance requirements.
The role is a permanent position paying just over 40k plus package: company pension, sick pay, on site parking, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, employee discount, health care and vehicle benefits.

Maintenance Supervisor Duties
Providing supervision and lead on:
PPM and reactive maintenance
Compliance checks
Building Services plant
RAMS and method statements
Sub-contractor supervision
Job entry on internal database and all associated paperwork
The role will involve supervising aspects of building maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric upkeep and compliance etc.
Overlap with soft services and front of house
Client liaison
Man-management and job planning
 
Requirements:
A current or former electrical or mechanical engineer
Previous Facilities Management sector experience
Excellent client facing skills
Previous lead engineering or supervisory experience
Sound IT skills plus able to work with permits, RAMS, PPM schedules and associated paperwork and databases
Ideally IOSH or other H&S grading
