We are currently looking for a Fabric Maintenance Handyperson to provide general maintenance services on a large scale commercial estate in the Hull area.
The role is a temporary ongoing position paying between £15 – £18/hr pending pay method. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.
Duties:
- To carry out planned and reactive maintenance on general room and area upkeep
- Compliance checks such as tap temps, emergency lighting etc.
- General handyperson tasks
- Assisting the engineers in their maintenance schedules
Requirements:
- Previous experience of fabric maintenance and FM sector work
- Client facing and articulate
- Good handyperson and basic trade skills such as general plumbing, joinery, painting etc.
