We are recruiting for an M&E (Ideally Electrical biased) supervisor to take ownership of general maintenance operations on a prestigious and secure commercial maintenance company. This will involve all building services supervision and hands-on duties to include maintenance, small works and projects, extensive liaison with the client. Also to ensure all H&S and compliance regulations are met and to deputise for the enginerring manager.

Electrical Leader/Supervisor
General maintenance & repairs
Management of engineering techs
PPM systems
Past or current experience in LV or HV
18th Edition
HSE

You wil be responsible for the supervision of maintenance operations on all the facilities largely HVAC and M&E plant duties and associated kit to include:
– Electrical Distribution
– Lighting
– Emergency Lighting
– BMS and controls
– Heating and Boiler systems (including steam)
– Emergency, security and Fire systems
– HVAC, AHU and venting
– Switches and mains
– 3 phase
– production equipment and chemical processing equipment
and general building services equipment
The position will require the supervision of:
– In-House engineers including fabric and mechanical
– Sub-contractors and project engineers
The sie is heavily regulated therefore will require involvement in all aspects of Building services plant maintenance.
 
Hands-on duties, to include:

PPM and reactive maintenance
small works and refurbishment
General handyperson tasks and fabric duties
 
Requirements:

Qualified Electrician – City and Guilds level 3
18th Edition
Experience of engineer Supervision
Experience of Maintenance operations
Excellent client liaison and customer service approach
Willingness to complete hands-on tasks
Familiar with pharmacutical or industrial facilities
