M&E Supervisor

Up to £42,250 per annum plus call out and overtime
Working for the UK’s leading facilities management provider, you’ll be a proven m&e maintenance supervisor, or an engineer that has had some experience of supervising a small team, and wants to take the next step in their career. Working on a large static site, Monday – Friday, leading a small team of directly employed engineers, as well as managing sub-contracted labour.
Your main duties will include:
Supervising a small team of electrical, mechanical and HVAC maintenance engineers.
Planning work schedules using the CAFM system, ensuring work is completed in line with contractual KPI’s and SLA’s
Providing technical support and expertise to the team as and when required
Managing sub-contracted labour
Working ‘hands-on’ when required
The ideal candidate will hold a formal trade background, with qualifications (City and Guilds or NVQ) in either electrical or mechanical engineering.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to £42,250 per annum, opportunity to boost earnings via call out (1 week in 7, £100 standby payment), overtime, 25 days annual leave plus stats and pension.
