TITLE Mobile Combustion / Building Services Engineer
AREA West London and surrounding areas
HOURS 8:00am-5:00pm , (Monday to Friday). However flexibility is required in order to complete the duties associated with the role
SALARY Approx £50k + Van & Fuel Card
Reporting to the Gas Supervisor you will be working within the mobile maintenance team. You will provide all round engineering support, specialist combustion service / repair on domestic and commercial gas equipment and multi skill tasks to maintain the building infrastructure. You should have a detailed understanding of all new and current Building Services systems and comply with the Health & Safety/Building Codes of practice
QUALIFICATIONS Multi skilled engineering background
Driving Licence , Experience and knowledge of driving in London
All round knowledge of building services and heating / cooling / control systems
Specialist knowledge of Gas boilers and heating systems
Current commercial and domestic gas certificates
C&G and / or apprenticeship
DUTIES
- Completion of PPM and reactive tasks
- Identification of materials required to be ordered and any extra works required
- Timely implementation and recording of statutory inspections / service reports
- Control of 3rd party contractors including monitoring of work performance and standards,
- Service and repair Commercial and domestic boilers , gas installations and heating systems
- Mechanical , plumbing , electrical and fabric duties as appropriate
- Be part of on call rota out of hours
