We are recruiting for a Joinery & Fabric Supervisor to provide oversight of general building maintenance tasks on educational facilities in the Merseyside, Wirral and Warrington areas. The role is a working supervisor therefore hands-on work is required and a large part of the position is the maintenance and refurbishment to Fire Doors.
The role is a permanent position Monday to Friday circa 40 hours per week days.

Duties:
The Building Fabric Supervisor will cover the following:
Attending each facility and quoting small works and refurbishment jobs
Overseeing Fire Door works on each facility
Planning and completing PPM and reactive maintenance on general building upkeep
Run the approved works and supervise the in-house trades staff and sub-contractor teams
Liaison with the contract managers and site Facility Managers
Hands-on basic joinery, painting, plumbing etc.
Compliance tasks
Requirements:
To have either Building Trade or Construction experience
Ideally Joinery experience / qualification
Experience in supervising trades and fabric works
Valid driving license
Fire Door experience and ideally graded in this, also to have experience FIRAS
Ideally CSCS
Able to clear an enhanced DBS
