Small Works Supervisor – Building Fabric
Birmingham
£40,000 per annum
We are looking for a small works supervisor from a building fabric background (ideally carpentry), to work at a prestigious site in Birmingham. This role is working Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, as part of the onsite management team.
Your main duties will include (but not limited to):
- Cost up small works and building fabric projects
- PPM completion
- Chasing old jobs
- Laise with the working supervisor to plan projects and small works jobs
- Liaising with contractors
- Attending operations meetings
- Support in contract meetings
Ideally, you’ll be a qualified and time served carpenter (or other building trade), with experience in a similar role such in small works building projects. IT literate, with experience of using CAFM systems. You’ll also hold either your SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
On offer is a permanent position paying £40,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats.
