Maintenance Handyperson
Birmingham
£28,000 per annum
Static role for a Maintenance Handyperson/Fabric Engineer, to work in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, for our facilities management client. This role is working Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, as part of a small on site maintenance team.
Main duties include:
• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Carpentry
• Lamp changing
• Take Tap Temperatures
• Flushing
• PPM’s
• Reactive maintenance
• Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
Ideally, you will hold (or be working towards) a formal trade qualification such as City and Guilds or NVQ, and be comfortable working in an office/corporate environment.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £28,000 per annum, 23 days annual leave plus stats, and opportunity to boost earnings via overtime.
