We are recruiting for a multi skilled maintenance electrician based in the West or Central Yorkshire area to cover PPM and reactive maintenance to large scale facilities across the region. The role is a permanent position paying circa 38k-40k basic depending on skills and qualification level. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week, van provided. No on call but OT options available. The position also required general mechanical and fabric skills due to the multi skilled nature.

Multi skilled Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
AHU’s and fan coils
Fabric and plumbing duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks

Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th or 18th edition
Valid driving license
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Willingness to complete fabric, plumbing and mechanical tasks
