We are recruiting for a fabric handyperson based in the West Yorkshire region, working on a semi static basis covering all general low level fabric maintenance. The role will be assisting all engineers on site.  You will be working on 3 cororpate facilities and will be required to hold a basic DBS and use your own vehicle as there will be travel to other sites / expenses will be paid, start ASAP on-going role until end of December and could be extended, working 40 hours per week + OT rate is £15.00ph PAYE
 
Description:
The role is looking after the low end maintenance of electrical plant and lighting to 3 corporate buildings, typical dyties will include:
– lighting and emergency lighting checks
– lamping
– project small works installation
– handyperson duties and fabric maintenance
– building services upkeep
– assisting and working with qualified engineers
– possible mechanical overlap such as AC filter changes etc.
 
Requirements:
Excellent customer services skils
Must have fabric maintenance / handyperson skills
maintenance experience and willingness to complete general handyperson tasks
pro-active attitude
driving license and own vehicle essential/expenses paid
Recent DBS (basic)
