We are recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to work on a large-scale facility in the Redcar area completing maintenance to plumbing systems, leak repair, minor repairs and general mechanical building services compliance.
The role is a temporary position ongoing with the possibility to move into a permanent job.
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days. 8am-4.30pm. Paying £18-£22 depending on pay method.

Completing the maintenance of:
Pipework, plastic waste pipework and associated fittings
Hot, cold water feeds
Radiator and room fittings
Toilets, shower systems
Cylinders, tanks, pumps and valves
Also completing compliance checks such as tamp temps and flushing
General mechanical plant upkeep

Requirements:
Qualified Plumber
Experience of maintenance works
Experience of commercial or large scale facilities
Good client facing skills
Experience of compliance, tap temps, TMV’s etc.
